Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping
We offer UPS Ground and USPS Ground as our standard shipping methods. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days (though it's often sooner!).
Order Processing Times
- Cutoff time: 1:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST or on weekends will ship the next business day
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Expedited Shipping Options
Need your order faster? We offer expedited and express shipping options at checkout.
- Expedited/Express cutoff time: 1:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day
Important Shipping Information
Shipping Address
- We ship to the address you provide at checkout
- Please double-check your shipping address - we cannot make changes once your order is placed
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Updates on your package's journey to you
You can track your package directly through UPS or USPS using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Responsibility
Once UPS or USPS picks up your package from our warehouse, the carrier becomes responsible for safe delivery. While we hope every package arrives perfectly, please understand that loss, damage, or theft during transit is beyond our control and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and/or recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stolen:
- First, check the tracking information for delivery confirmation
- File a claim directly with UPS or USPS
- Contact us at Help@HappyZenShop.com if you need assistance
Communication Preferences
By providing your email address and/or cell phone number, you authorize Laurel Canyon Marketing Inc (operating as HappyZenShop) to send:
- Shipping confirmations and tracking updates
- Customer service communications about your order
- Important updates regarding your shipment
Holiday Shipping
- Packages are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays
- Orders placed between December 25-31 may experience delays due to high holiday volume
- We recommend ordering early during peak seasons
