Our Peace of Mind Promise
At Happy Zen Shop, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to make it right. For any reason.
If you need to return, contact us at Help@HappyZenShop.com for a return label and authorization. No issues.
30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Simply ship the items back to us (we cover return shipping), and we'll issue a full refund once received. If we made an error—such as sending the wrong or defective product—we'll cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.
Order Cancellations: Need to cancel? You have 12 hours from purchase to cancel for a full refund. Due to payment processing requirements for CBD products, cancellations after 12 hours cannot be refunded.
Subscription Terms: Our subscriptions offer great savings with a 2-shipment minimum commitment. After your second shipment, cancel anytime with no penalties. If you cancel before completing 2 shipments, we'll adjust your discount and charge the difference between the subscription and one-time purchase price.
Easy Exchanges Received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item? We'll exchange it immediately at no cost to you—including shipping.
Refund Timeline Once we receive your return, here's what to expect:
